Using professional rowing coaches and the facilities at Oxford University we take teams from never having touched an oar to racing down the Isis within a few hours. Being able to balance a racing eight requires exceptional levels of teamwork but our techniques enable novices to learn quickly in a safe (and dry) environment before venturing out on the river. The climax of the day is usually a timed race between crews. Despite appearances this is an event that can be enjoyed by delegates of all ages and levels of fitness. People leave having achieved something very few ever manage, they discover what real teamwork is and they learn that successful coaching is all about being positive and having the faith (and mindset) that the crew WILL succeed.
