The first step in "the tipping point" process is to gain a full and complete understanding of your business, your people, and your goals. This takes place with one of our directors using a structured dialogue during which, by careful questioning and active listening we tease out the underlying issues which may be causing the symptoms you may have detected as problems. We use appreciative inquiry to ensure that we can build on the positives already existing within your organisation.
At this stage we suggest appropriate interventions which we believe will address your situation in the most effective manner. The interventions might be any of these listed or others:
- Team development
- Selling skills
- Leadership development
- Creativity workshops
- Negotiation skills
- Systems and process redesign
We will either deliver these interventions ourselves or using one of our group of highly skilled and experienced associates.
It may be that you possess the resources internally to address the problems uncovered, if we believe this to be the case then we will recommend it to you, while being more than happy to work alongside your own people.
One final choice may be to do nothing. It may be that the solution will cause more disruption and loss of value than the issue itself. However, you will now be aware of an issue which may require attention at some time in the future.
